N10.3m fraud charge: Court orders surety to produce Briton
A Lagos High Court sitting in Igbosere, yesterday, ordered a surety, Nurudeen Ekundayo, to appear on June 24 to explain why he failed to produce a British man, Syed Kamran, facing N10.3 million fraud charge.
