LAGOS—AHEAD of the 2019 general elections, President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State and the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, yesterday, collapsed their campaign teams, floating a new group, Independent Campaign Group, ICG.
